For those of you who have experienced heartbreak and loss ... can you say, "Thank you!" ?

I am feeling inspired to share with you a song by Sinéad O'Connor. If you have lived long enough on this planet earth you will have had opportunities to experience devastating heartbreaks, deep reaching loss; you may have had a relationship or a marriage breakup with your fondest dreams scattered like ashes.....

There is a time for grieving and a time to look back and find the strength to say "thank you!" about the situation or to the person that caused you joy and pain ... "Thank you for the good" and "thank you for breaking my heart" because you now have become stronger.

"Life breaks all of us, but some of us are strong in the broken places." — Ernest Hemingway ... “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9

Lovingly,
Geli xx

Here's another man's story of how he processed loss. John Mark McMillan looking at love and loss and coming to terms with it all.

The God who hears. (1 Samuel 1:20)

The God who sees. (Genesis 16:14)

The God who knows. (1 Samuel 2:3)

The God who never leaves. (Matthew 28:20)

The God who rescues. (Zephaniah 3:17)

The God who heals. (Matthew 8:3)

The God who comes along side to help. (John 14:16)

There is no God like You.

Involving electric power rods, excess weight stacks, bench presses and weighty smith machines it
can be no question plenty of people are confused.
